FIRST SNOWFALL \o/
Customer: Expression of grief with late fees.
Me: Generally apologetic explanation of how they work.
Customer: Disapproval and implication that he was woefully wronged.
Me: Sweetly-spoken highly detailed recap of customer's renting habits, alluding to the fact that if he had just returned them when they were due, this wouldn't be happening.
Customer: Disgruntled.
Me: So if you return six movies six days- OH MY GOD IT'S SNOWING! LOOK!
Customer: :o Really?
Me: HAY It's really comin' down out there!
Customer: I will now be very enjoyable and stay a few extra minutes just to chat!
